On April 28, Zhang Chen, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress (NPC) Commission of Education, Culture and Health, led a research group to visit the National Center for Technology Transfer (NCTT) to investigate the construction of a functional platform for the transfer of technological achievements. Mr. Zhou Jingtai, Deputy Director of NPC UNESCO Commission, presided over the discussion, and Mr. Xie Jihua, the person in charge of the platform and President of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and relevant members of the President's Office attended the meeting and made a report.

The research group listened to the construction ideas and practical results of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center on building an ecology of transformation of scientific and technological achievements with full chain connection, full factor combination and full social participation against the goal of functional platform construction. They focused on understanding the main difficulties in the process of platform construction, and the degree of feeling and suggestions on the optimization of the business environment in the city. The theme of the meeting was focused, the discussion atmosphere was lively, both sides focused on the platform in the institutional mechanism innovation breakthroughs and other aspects of the approach to discuss, and put forward more optimization suggestions on the platform construction.
