On November 7 and 8, the International Science and Technology Achievements Transfer Exhibition Center held the "New Wisdom Hub" brand promotion ceremony and the "Science and Technology Market" theme events.

On November 7, the "New Wisdom" brand promotion ceremony of the incubator for listing CRE enterprises was held successfully. Mr. Zhu Zhenghong, Director of Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center (STEC), made a speech in which he summarized the work of STEC in providing services to science and technology enterprises. Mr. Guo Jia-fei, Deputy Director of Science and Technology Finance Department of Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, gave a comprehensive explanation on the establishment and operation of the incubator. Compared with other incubation platforms, the incubator focuses more on the foresight and sustainability of enterprises. Zhao Jiaru, Director of IPR Operation, shared the importance of IPR management and planning for start-ups in the IPO process.

The incubator's "New, Wisdom, and Convergence" series aim to provide practical services for the cultivation and growth of science and technology enterprises. The new series involves the release and roadshow of new products, services and technologies; the wisdom series involves salons and training for policy interpretation, knowledge dissemination and experience sharing; and the confluence series involves forums and summits for gathering talents, capital and resources.

On November 8, on the fourth day of the 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE), the International Science and Technology Achievements Transfer Exhibition Center welcomed a special event for the technology market. The event invited excellent service providers to share their experiences and introduced the Shanghai Digital Economy Innovation Practice Base around the theme of "blockchain" to promote the construction of a global trading environment.

Huang Yanzhe, Director of the Operation Department of the Technology Mall of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, introduced the business composition of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, which is currently building an ecology of technology transfer service capabilities in technology transfer, of which the technology market is one of the important elements gathering places. Ms. Shen Yaqi from Yung Intellectual Property shared her experience in enterprise demand excavation and exploration of docking mode. Dr. Jie Yucheng of Shanghai Yisheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the case share of Tech Cow as a service provider. Xue Yin from the Blockchain Sub-Center of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center introduced the Shanghai Digital Economy Innovation Practice Base of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center. Zhang Shichong from the Technology Mall Operation Department of the Eastern Center for National Technology Transfer gave an introduction of the current work of the Eastern Center for Technology Market.
