At the conference, Director Zhu Ye gave a detailed introduction of the overall development history of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, talent cultivation, and the layout of domestic and overseas branch centers. Mr. Xia Shifei, Deputy Director General of NCTTC, affirmed the development of NCTTC East. Both sides hoped to establish a closer cooperation relationship, promote the sharing of scientific and technological resources, complement each other's advantages and make great progress in technology transfer between the two cities.
