At the event, Shanghai Chenfeng Industry Development Co., Ltd. put forward the innovative demand of "Infrared radiation welding technology development". Against the background of long-term foreign blockade of this technology, Chenfeng Industry conducted independent research and development, but in the process of research and development encountered technical bottlenecks that could not be broken. Chen Gong from Institute of Technology and Materials and Mr. Quan from China Normal University came to the event with their respective solutions, and showed their technical achievements to Chenfeng Industry by "revealing the list". The two solutions were rated by the judges based on feasibility, technical advancement and economic rationality. In addition, Shanghai Kechen Photoelectric Cable and Wire Equipment Co., Ltd. expressed the hope that through the use of machine vision detection technology and artificial intelligence technology, the production process of cable winding instead of manual, to achieve automatic identification of reel defects and alignment abnormalities, and can automatically adjust the machine's reel parameters through the signal control system, so as to achieve stable reel quality and cable alignment. Experts from CAS Institute of Technology and Materials analyzed the requirements of Centron, and introduced the current research results from the aspects of data feedback and implementation operation, etc. Experts present scored and commented the solution from various dimensions. The supply and demand sides reached preliminary intention, and expressed great expectation to the landing of the program and the subsequent in-depth cooperation.
