On October 24, Wan Jianhui, Secretary of Hongkou District Science and Technology Committee, Director of Science and Technology Committee, Yang Li, Executive Vice Chairman of the Association for Science and Technology, and his entourage visited the National Center for Technology Transfer East (NCTTETE), accompanied by Ma Qing, Deputy Director of Yangpu District Science and Technology Committee, and received by Yan Mingfeng, CEO of NCTTETE.

It is reported that the Hongkou District Science and Technology Committee and the Association of Science and Technology in Yangpu District for research is mainly focused on the overall situation of Yangpu District in the construction and operation mechanism of the science and technology system, the promotion of the construction of science and technology innovation center, as well as the experience and practices in the construction of grassroots science and technology associations, the management of the Association and the promotion of science and technology. The Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, as a national-level regional technology transfer platform located in Yangpu District and dedicated to providing a full chain of services including technology transaction, technology finance and industry incubation, also became one of the sites in the survey. During the research and study, President Yan Mingfeng introduced the technology transfer system construction and business development of the Eastern Center, and the two sides had further discussions and exchanges on the technology transaction service system and other contents.
