To further implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, the Regulations of Guizhou Province on the Promotion of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements and the Implementation Plan of Guizhou Province on the Promotion of the Transfer of Scientific and Technological Achievements, to strengthen the construction of Zunyi City's technology transfer talent team and improve the development mechanism of multi-level technology transfer talent, the first Zunyi City Technology Manager Training Course will be held in Zunyi High-tech Zone from August 8 to August 9, 2019.

The training was organized by the Zunyi Science and Technology Bureau, Zunyi Hi-Tech Zone Management Committee, and undertaken by the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center and Zunyi Branch Center of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center. In addition to offering professional courses in the field of technology transfer, the Eastern Center team also invited the person in charge of the Dutch branch of the Eastern National Center for Technology Transfer to share a special topic on the agricultural industry in the Netherlands through preliminary research and mapping of the current situation of the industry in Guizhou province, combining its own advantages in international resources.

This activity has laid a foundation for the future development of precise industrial docking, targeted resource delivery and deepening of business functions.
