On August 8, 2019, the opening ceremony of the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Eastern Center) Zunyi Practical Training Base and the first Zunyi Sub-Center Technical Manager Training Course were officially launched in Zunyi Hi-Tech Zone. Long Xuejing, Director of the Zunyi Science and Technology Bureau, Xiao Junyi, Deputy Director of the Bureau, Liu Meishan, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Zunyi Hi-Tech Zone, Zhu Ye, Director of the Cooperation and Training Department of the Eastern Center for National Technology Transfer, and more than 100 people from the city's technology management system, universities, research institutes and technology service organizations participated in the training.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Luo Guiqiang, director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Zunyi High-tech Zone. Mr. Long Xuejing, Ms. Liu Meishan and Ms. Zhu Ye delivered opening speeches respectively. Under the witness of the leaders and trainees, Deputy Director Liu Meishan and Director Zhu Ye unveiled the plaque of Zunyi training base of National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Eastern Center).

As a national technology transfer personnel training base granted by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Technology Transfer Training Base (Eastern Center) plays an important strategic role in the construction of the technology transfer system and the dissemination of technology transfer knowledge. In order to accelerate the improvement of the technology transfer talent training network, the Eastern Center actively strengthens the cooperation with the localities and has built two training bases in Ningbo (Yinzhou) and Zunyi. In the future, the bases will continue to accelerate the linkage with localities to deliver excellent training resources and accelerate the construction of a professional technology transfer talent training network.
