Representatives from French science and technology enterprises and Chinese government agencies, investment institutions, research institutions, as well as upstream and downstream industrial parks of various industries participated in the event.

Since May, the East China Center for Technology Transfer (ECTT) organized an exhibition at Viva Tech, Europe's top technology entrepreneurship summit, and successfully hosted the first booth supported by the Chinese government - Shanghai Pavilion, many European technology companies expressed their willingness to connect with Chinese companies and carriers. On this opportunity, the organizer of the follow-up event of Viva Tceh Shanghai pavilion, together with the decentralized learning community "518 CRE+" platform from Lingang CRE, organized a roadshow for 9 French science and technology enterprises in Shanghai, aiming at "technology exchange, investment and development, and cooperation". From the perspective of "win-win", it will enable European technology enterprises to understand Shanghai Lingang, facilitate technological exchanges and docking between China and France, help Lingang to introduce European cutting-edge technologies, enhance innovation vitality and boost the development of Shanghai's science and technology.

Rao Yingfu, deputy general manager of Shanghai Lingang Science and Technology Innovation Center, said in his speech that Lingang has a very good innovation environment, no matter in terms of regional development positioning, industrial layout, development status, or preferential policies to attract quality enterprises, research institutions, quality talents, Lingang has inherent advantages. At present, with the launch of the second phase of the exhibition hall of Lingang International Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition and Trade Center, the pace of Lingang CRE's layout of foreign innovation business is also accelerating. In the French roadshow that followed, nine French technology companies presented the grounding of artificial intelligence, big data, smart manufacturing, Internet of Things and other technologies in healthcare, retirement, sports, marketing and other application scenarios. It is reported that all the companies have achieved sales in the European market, and some of them have generated more than a million euros in revenue.

Among them, ST37 Sports Technology Enterprise, which provides arbitration and training solutions for sports with its artificial intelligence video capture technology, was awarded the "2019 Viva Tech France Gold Medal Company in Digital Science and Technology", and has held partnership talks with the Paris Olympic Committee to determine the 37 smart The project provides AI arbitration solutions; BOUQUATI, a high-tech company with French and US backgrounds, provides end-to-end machine learning services driven by AI technology to help customers in smart retail, smart home, new retail and other industries reduce and simplify the cost and resource consumption required to use machine learning; Facil'iti The company is dedicated to serving people with visual impairments, and after 5 years of research and development, their project automatically transforms ordinary web pages into browsing styles adapted to that group, and their Tokyo-based subsidiary has more than 250,000 regular users.

The French companies participating in the roadshow were also keen to commercialize their high-tech products through cooperation with Chinese companies, and the two sides shared and interacted well during the exchange session.

With more and more Chinese enterprises setting up R&D centers in France in recent years, this technical exchange event will further promote the cooperation between Lingang and neighboring enterprises and French dual-venture enterprises, promote joint product R&D and layout of future European and global markets.
