Focusing on the theme of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, Liu Haihong, lecturer at the Law School of Shanghai International Studies University, opened the lecture with "Differentiated Competitive Strategies of Enterprises in the Field of Intellectual Property Rights", popularizing the relevant knowledge of enterprise intellectual property competition for the participants. After that, two experts, Zhang Yu, founder of Shanghai Lizhong Law Firm and Zhao Wei, partner of Grandall Law Firm, delivered speeches on "Trade Secrets and Non-competition" and "Intellectual Property Disputes and Risk Prevention in the IPO Process" respectively, and further elaborated on the commercialization of enterprise achievements and the relevant operation of intellectual property through case studies and experience sharing.
