In the morning of May 16, Hu Tianqi and Zhang Shichong of the East National Technology Transfer Center paid a visit to the School of Pharmacy of Fudan University on the Zhangjiang Campus of Fudan University, and were warmly received by Prof. Ye Deyong and Associate Prof. Zhou Lu of the School of Pharmacy of Fudan University.

First of all, Hu Tianqi gave a detailed introduction on the development history and business sectors of the Eastern Center, and highlighted the construction and operation of the Science and Technology Achievement Bank. As an important part of the functional platform for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the S&T Achievement Bank is a database of achievements formed through the information gathering system of scientific and technological achievements and the system of achievement evaluation and value-added cultivation, which can provide comprehensive scientific and technological achievement data support services for multiple parties. Through the construction of the information gathering system, result evaluation and value-added cultivation system, it can promote the connection between the scientific and technological achievements entered by universities and institutes, industry and capital, strengthen the in-depth cooperation between enterprises and achievements, accelerate the productization, commercialization, industrialization and capitalization of scientific and technological achievements, and help promote the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Center and Financial Center.

Professor Deyoung Ye introduced the overview of Fudan University College of Pharmacy and gave a detailed introduction of the relevant scientific and technological achievement projects with the intention of transformation. Dr. Deyoung Ye is a professor and PhD supervisor at the School of Pharmacy, Fudan University.He used to be the head of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry of the School of Pharmacy, the vice dean of the School of Pharmacy, the director of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Society, the vice chairman of the Medicinal Chemistry Committee, and the vice secretary of the National Society for Higher Medical Education and Research in Pharmaceutical Education.

Main resultsHe has edited and co-edited more than 10 textbooks, and has presided over several projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, major projects of the National New Drug Discovery Program, the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, the Shanghai Key Science and Technology Tackling Project, and the Doctoral Program of the Ministry of Education, etc. He has published more than 90 scientific papers and teaching papers in academic journals at home and abroad. Lu Zhou, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the School of Pharmacy, Fudan University.

Main resultsThe main research interests are original drug discovery based on new targets of tumor metabolism and the mechanism of interaction between target proteins and drug molecules, and the design and synthesis of small molecule drugs targeting important target enzymes of tumor metabolic pathway, such as PGAM1 and 6PGD, and the study of their mechanism of action. He has published 12 papers as the first author or correspondent in journals such as Nat.Chem. Chem. and Cancer Cell, and have been listed in the "Science and Technology Focus" of C&EN, a journal of the American Chemical Society. In 2013, he was elected as a member of the second batch of outstanding young talent projects of Fudan University.
