Following the success of the "Shanghai-Kunming Science and Technology Innovation Voucher Policy Seminar" held in the Kunshan Hi-Tech Zone on May 8, the Innovation Voucher Operation Department of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center came to Kunshan again on May 10 to deliver policies and services.

The seminar was organized by the Science and Technology Bureau of Kunshan Science and Technology Bureau and the Science and Technology Bureau of Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone. Leaders of the Science and Technology Bureau of Kunshan Science and Technology Bureau, heads of relevant business departments and officials of the Development Zone attended the meeting. Wang Zhongwei, Deputy Director of Kunshan Science and Technology Bureau, made a speech at the seminar. The seminar attracted more than 70 representatives from local technology transfer service providers and heads of technology enterprises.

Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone ranked fifth in the 2018 assessment and evaluation of the comprehensive development level of national-level economic and technological development zones, which has formed five leading industries, including electronic information, photoelectric display, precision machinery, equipment manufacturing and livelihood light industry, and is an important base for China's foreign trade processing and import and export.

As an important part of the seminar, Xie Yue of the Innovation Voucher Operation Department of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center introduced the latest progress of the Shanghai-Kunming Science and Technology Innovation Voucher General Exchange Policy to the participants and gave an in-depth and detailed presentation on the policy, focusing on the subject of application, application procedures, policy support scope, support amount, system exhibition, service providers, supervision and inspection, and considerations. Readings were given and questions from service providers and business representatives were fielded.
