It will strengthen the connection between scientific and technological achievements, industry and capital, accelerate the productization, commercialization, industrialization and capitalization of scientific and technological achievements, and promote the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Center and Financial Center.

The Science and Technology Achievement Bank is guided by the demand for the transfer and transformation of achievements, and through the construction of the information gathering system, achievement evaluation and value-added cultivation system, it can promote the connection between the scientific and technological achievements of universities and research institutes already in the bank, industry and capital, and strengthen the deep cooperation between enterprises and the achievements.
