On March 21, Zhang Yi Chong, director of the Science Platform Division of the Shanghai Science Foundation, and his team visited the East National Technology Transfer Center.

       At the research meeting, Yan Mingfeng, CEO of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, reported on the basic situation of the Eastern Center's functional platform construction and technology transfer work, and introduced in detail the work related to the Eastern Center's gradual promotion of the construction of an innovation ecological system for the transfer and transformation of full-chain and full-factor scientific and technological achievements around the difficulties and various elements of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The research leaders affirmed the efforts and exploration of the Eastern Center as a technology transfer promotion worker all along, and provided more thinking suggestions to the Eastern Center for some business situations and work in 2019.
