On January 17-18, the "2018 Annual and First National Technology Transfer Eastern Center Domestic Channel Year-End Conference" was held in Shanghai under the guidance of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, co-hosted by Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center (STEC) and National Technology Transfer Eastern Center (NTTEC). The conference invited the heads of branch centers and partner units from 12 provinces and cities across China, including Hangzhou, Kunshan, Anhui, Nantong, Ningbo, Yunnan, Fujian, Xinjiang, Gansu, Dalian, Jinan, and Shanghai Lingang, to gather together at the National Center for Technology Transfer East to seek development and talk about the future.

The two-day conference, with the theme of "Share, Collaborate, Fracture, Integrate", was intended to deepen the relationship between the Eastern Center and its channel partners, as well as to build a platform for communication and interaction among the branch centers across the country.

On the first day of the conference, we were honored to have invited Mr. Chen Hongkai, Director of Innovation Service Department of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, as our main speaker. Mr. Chen focused on the practice of technology transfer system construction in Shanghai and brought the experience of Shanghai to the delegates from all over the world. Afterwards, Mr. Xie Jihua, President of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (ENTTC), made a presentation on the construction and development of the ENTTC and its future strategic planning, and shared with the participants the ENTTC's understanding and exploration of the technology transfer industry.

In order to further enhance domestic channels' understanding of Eastern Center's platform business and services, all leaders of Eastern Center's CEO Office shared their respective business modules. The leaders of the eastern center and partners shared their respective business modules with the leaders of each segment, while the leaders of the eastern center and partners interacted with each other in light of their actual business development.

Participants from 12 provinces and cities made speeches on their own construction experience models and operations respectively. Through the sharing of representatives from all over the world, the conference enhanced the understanding between channels and set up a platform for the exchange of good experiences and practices among the sub-centers.

At the meeting, Mr. Zou Shujun, Executive Vice President of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, made a presentation on the domestic channel cooperation mechanism of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center and explained the future direction of domestic channel cooperation to the partners.

At the same time, the conference also invited the CEO of Shanghai Kechuang Gang, Xiaolin Tang, and the former director of Shanghai Property Right Transaction Management Office, Liqun Shen, to give a one-day training course. The two teachers shared their wonderful lectures with the delegates under the theme of "Optimal Cooperation Model Design for Result Transformation" and "Internet+Technology Transfer and Property Rights Trading Platform" respectively.

Since its inauguration, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center has attached great importance to the layout and construction of domestic channels, and has so far built 16 domestic branch centers distributed in 10 provinces. As an important node in the domestic network of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, each domestic branch center is a co-builder and beneficiary of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center's platform. As the Eastern Center's platform continues to grow, the domestic channel network will also cover more provinces and cities. In the future, the Eastern Center will open up and connect more Shanghai and international resources for domestic partners, explore more cooperation methods and contents, and achieve positive interaction with partners in multiple aspects to help both parties grow faster and stronger.
