Afterwards, the inspection team held further in-depth discussions on related work in the conference room of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center. At the meeting, Mr. Chen Hongkai, Director of Innovation Service Division of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, gave a brief introduction to the work of Shanghai Shuang Chuangxin and National Technology Transfer East Center, and Mr. Yan Mingfeng, CEO of National Technology Transfer East Center, gave a detailed introduction to the business structure and multi-level gradient technology transfer system of National Technology Transfer East Center. Ltd. and Wang Yurong, co-founder of Shanghai Qiyuan Technology Co., introduced the specific technology transfer work of their respective organizations, and then Mou Rongbin, director of Yangpu District Development and Reform Commission, reported on the status of the Yangtze River Delta Dual-Transfer Demonstration Base Alliance.
