On the morning of July 10, the opening ceremony of "Blue Ocean - Dreaming" - 2018 University Student Entrepreneurship Summer Camp was held in Room 102 of the Graphic Information Center of Shanghai Ocean University. The event was organized by Shanghai Harbor Area Development and Construction Management Committee and Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, hosted by Shanghai Ocean University and Shanghai Harbor Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, and co-organized by Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai Institute of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jianqiao College, and Shanghai Changzhi Creative Space Management Co.

Leaders from Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, Shanghai Lingang Area Development and Construction Management Committee, Shanghai Lingang Area Youth League Committee, Shanghai Lingang Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, Shanghai Maritime University Employment Guidance Center, Shanghai Electrical Engineering College Youth League Committee Entrepreneurship Guidance, Shanghai Jianqiao College Graduate Employment Guidance Office and 66 students with entrepreneurial intention from four Lingang schools participated in the opening ceremony, which was held by Shanghai Ocean University. Yan Ping, deputy director of the Student Division and director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center, presided.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Sheiping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Ocean University (SOU), made a speech at first. At the same time, she encouraged students with entrepreneurial intention to cherish the opportunity of this summer camp and put into practice what they have learned, hoping that they could gain knowledge, skills, teamwork, friendship and self-confidence in this camp.

Rao Yingfu, assistant general manager of Shanghai Lingang Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, also made a speech. Mr. Rao introduced the details of the camp and encouraged the students to use their brains and not to be afraid of failure, starting from the experience of the previous summer camps. The five-day "Blue Ocean - Pursuing Dreams" college students' entrepreneurship summer camp is aimed at providing coaching and hands-on training for the common problems encountered by college students in the early stage of entrepreneurship to effectively boost college students' technology entrepreneurship. The instructors we invited are all senior experts in entrepreneurship education and guidance from the business community and government.
