At the two sessions, Xie Jihua, president of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and general manager of Shanghai Yangpu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center Co. Ltd. from the field of science and technology, said in an interview.

"Converting the Shanghai Technology Exchange into a joint-stock company.

The first is the pooling of global resources.

The second is the ability to translate results.

The third is to build a technology transfer system that serves the whole country based on the collaborative development of the Yangtze River Delta."
