Organized by the CPC Shanghai Science and Technology Work Committee, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Education Commission, and undertaken by East China Science and Technology Media, the "Implementation of the Regulations on the Transformation of Achievements, Promoting Innovation-Driven Development" thematic propaganda activity was held at the Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center in the afternoon of December 20. The theme of the presentation showed the new progress made by universities, research institutes and social organizations in the transformation of the results.
