On December 16, 2017, the opening ceremony of the Zhejiang (Yuhang) branch of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center was held in Xuanhe Building. Leaders from various departments of Yuhang District and guests from directors, CFOs, and investment institutions of listed companies attended the opening ceremony, while Jiang Yehua, a member of the Party Working Committee of Yuhang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiang Saiping, assistant to the mayor of Yuhang District People's Government, Chen Bingxin, director of the Bureau of Science and Technology of Yuhang District, Xu Jian, deputy minister of the Organization Department of Yuhang District, Yan Mingfeng, CEO of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, and Wu Jianhai, chairman of the Zhejiang (Yuhang) Branch Center jointly Inaugurated the opening of the branch center.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Jiang Yehua, a member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Yuhang Economic and Technological Development Zone, delivered a speech, saying, "Yuhang Economic and Technological Development Zone is the main platform for the economic development and technological innovation of the whole region. It is expected that the branch center will gather innovative resources to reach the top of the industry, implant excellent innovation genes for regional development, inject fresh innovative blood, and deliver a continuous innovative power".

Mr. Yan Mingfeng, CEO of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, has high expectations for Zhejiang (Yuhang) Branch Center, hoping to make Zhejiang (Yuhang) Branch Center a model branch center for global network layout, build a bridge for the science and technology cooperation between Yuhang and Shanghai, become a science and technology innovation engine and service platform for the Yangtze River Delta region, and contribute to the promotion of the national Yangtze River Delta strategy and science and technology strategy.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Wu led the guests to visit the display wall and exhibition hall of the branch center, and introduced the company's strategy and values.

The Eastern National Technology Transfer Center in Zhejiang (Yuhang) will take science and technology finance as the basis and jointly establish a science and technology innovation industry support fund as the starting point, aiming to promote the industrialization of science and technology and economic transformation and upgrading, which is an important attempt of the Eastern Center to explore the integration of finance and science and technology.
