In order to improve Shanghai's service innovation and entrepreneurship, support technology transfer income tax system, and promote the smooth development of the work related to this topic, on the morning of August 31, 2017, eight leaders from the Income Tax Division of the Municipal Taxation Bureau, Xu Jian, Deputy Director Li Yu and Director Liu Wei of the Yangpu District Taxation Bureau, as well as the Pudong New Area Taxation Bureau and the Jiading District Taxation Bureau, conducted a special research on the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center.

At the seminar, the leaders of the Taxation Bureau gave a brief introduction of the survey; Mr. Yan gave a brief introduction of the technology exchange market groups and reported on the construction plan of the Shanghai Technology Exchange; Mr. Xie supplemented and summarized Mr. Yan's report; finally, both sides discussed and exchanged views on the topic of income tax on technology transfer.

The two sides discussed the technology transfer income tax issue from different angles and reached an intention to further cooperation.
