        electric road sweeper

Project requirements: 1) Design of electric chassis for 6 ton road sweepers; 2) Electric centrifugal fan technology for road sweepers with high efficiency and low noise; 3) Electrical power matching technology. Desired Goal: Medium-sized electric street sweepers with total mass of 6 tons, with high efficiency, zero emission, zero pollution, fully sealed, no leakage and other advantages.

R & D project introduction: At present, the main road of domestic urban roads is cleaned by large automobile chassis-type sweepers, while sidewalks, non-motorized paths and urban roads mainly rely on manual cleaning, which requires more personnel and takes time and effort. In view of this, our company researches and develops a medium-sized electric road sweeper for non-motorized road, urban road, with a total mass of 6 tons, which has the operation mode of sweeping, spraying water and dust, absorbing garbage and vacuuming dust. It adopts electric chassis to provide the functions of next generation, steering and braking, and adopts electrical engineering technology to drive the rotation of the brush, the suction of the fan and the spraying of the water pump to realize the operation modes of road sweeping, water spraying, dust reduction, rubbish absorption and dust suction.

        Circulating cooling evaporator

Needs specific content: circulating cooling evaporator, including the box, evaporation tube, the low-pressure bin and cooling bin are set in the box, the evaporation tube is a spiral type, set in the box, the entrance of the evaporation tube is set in the left end of the cooling bin, the exit of the evaporation tube is set in the left end of the low-pressure bin, the exit end of the evaporation tube is a straight tube, the top of the cooling bin is set heat dissipation fins. When the temperature in the low-pressure bin is lower than the heat dissipation bin, the spiral tube absorbs heat and raises the temperature in the heat dissipation bin, and exaggerates heat and lowers the temperature in the low-pressure bin, so that the overall cooling effect is better, and at the same time, the export passes through the low-pressure bin and lowers the temperature, and the output box can be processed directly for cooling cycle. At present the product is in the trial production stage, the technical problem that needs to be solved is how to be able to release heat in the low-pressure chamber, but also in the low-pressure chamber to provide a cold source to ensure the low temperature in the low-pressure chamber.
