Company Profile.

Founded by Peking University and Pudong New Area Government, Shanghai Peking University Microelectronics Research Institute (PKU-MERI) is an independent business corporation in Shanghai. It has 7,000 square meters of office and R&D space, 3,000 square meters of laboratory space, 7,500 square meters of incubation space and 5,000 square meters of technology conversion space. The Institute has undertaken a number of national and local research projects, including 1 national 01 major special project, 5 national 02 major special projects, 3 national 863 key projects, 1 electronic fund project of MIIT, 1 national natural science fund project, 10 projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and 13 projects of Pudong New Area and enterprises. With the strong support of the Pudong New Area government, the Institute established a chip packaging/reliability testing service platform to provide IC design enterprises in Zhangjiang/Pudong/Shanghai with advanced packaging/system integration services such as fast packaging, SiP and 3D packaging. The first AEC-Q100 (international standard) reliability test platform for automotive electronics chips was established in China. The platform provides test services such as reliability test analysis, EMC and safety testing, failure analysis and other necessary test services for IC design enterprises.
