1、Atmospheric pressure cooperative MVR energy-saving units and energy-saving process

Project Requirement: The MVR evaporator in a typical process will lose more than 9% of latent heat of steam per cycle. Considering the MVR compressor capacity, it can provide an additional 3 to 4 equivalents of raw steam energy. If the residual heat effect is good, the condensate temperature is below 50℃, and the feed is 25℃, the amount of raw steam used for preheating is about 4.5 equivalents. The actual amount of raw steam needed to replenish the MVR unit under the current process is about 10% of the evaporation capacity, which is much higher than the theoretical value, so it is urgent to design a set of energy-saving units and processes to make reasonable use of energy and improve the efficiency of the entire unit.

2、New materials, energy and environmental protection equipment

The project adopts new materials and electrolytic wastewater treatment technology to develop a new type of energy-saving and environmental protection pump products and equipment. In the process of research and development, there is no feasible solution on how to reduce the loss of sealing wheel and improve the efficiency of the pump.
