1、Seeking for butterfly valve nail pin equipment

Butterfly valve pin shaft equipment requirements: high efficiency, low noise, environmentally friendly automated equipment to replace the original manual hammering pin method, the specific operating procedures are as follows. 

1) Parts installation
The valve body is placed flat on the workbench, and the valve stem is threaded through the top of the valve body, through the two holes at the back of the valve plate and out through the bottom hole of the valve body.

(2) Valve plate and valve stem fixing
Butterfly valve open a variety of ways such as manual, electric, hydraulic, etc. To ensure that the relative position of the valve plate and the relative position of the stroke of the drive device is the same, we generally use a hexagon bolt installed on the back of the valve plate, the valve plate and the valve stem position adjustment, tighten the bolt to make it fixed.

3) Drilling
Drill a certain diameter hole at the connection between the valve plate and the valve stem, and then reamer to ream the hole to make it reach the standard cone hole.

4) Pinning
The standard pin is used as the fixed shaft of the valve plate and valve stem, first put the pin into the pin hole which has been drilled, and strike it with a hammer to make the pin nail into the pin hole.

5) Fixed pin
The butterfly valve nails 2-4 pins according to the size of the diameter, when the pins are all nailed, the tail of the pins should be split to prevent the pins from falling off.

6) Cleaning and testing
Valve and valve plate left cutting fluid, iron pins and other impurities are cleaned up, the valve to do a test switch motion to detect whether the performance requirements.
