During his 11 years of study abroad and research and development work, he has accomplished many world-class results. Scientific research results.
Firstly, we systematically studied the modeling technology based on the natural contact characteristics of the parts joints and the optimization technology of static dynamic performance based on the whole machine modeling state. The results have been successfully applied to the 80-ton large roll grinding machine of Shanghai Machine Tool Plant, the 1200-ton all-terrain crane of XCMG Technology, and the static and dynamic performance research and development work of the Suzuki motorcycle racing bike of Japan.
Second, taking into account the measured machine tool machining error, heat treatment deformation, tooth contact position and time-varying meshing stiffness and other factors, a fully digitalized actual tooth surface is constructed and a precise tooth surface contact analysis is performed to meet the actual situation. The index value of vibration excitation force is proposed to predict and judge the vibration size of gears. Developed a computer simulation system for the dynamic performance of automotive hypoid (including involute) gears, and applied it to the gear manufacturers of Toyota Motor Corporation, Nissan Motor Corporation, and Daihatsu Motor Corporation in Japan.
