Relying on the disciplinary advantages of the university in the field of oceanography, the School of Information Science of Shanghai Ocean University has actively integrated internal and external resources, forming a characteristic research system with the auxiliary decision support system expert system as the core, with marine information monitoring and processing technology, marine disaster prevention and anti-disaster decision support technology, and marine numerical simulation computing technology as the research direction, focusing on the digital ocean and digital fisheries and other areas of in-depth research.

➤ Presided over research projects: (1) National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), "Research on Quality Inspection and Storage of Massive Complex Types of Data in the 'Digital Ocean'", 2013/1-2016/12, presided over.       ➤ Personal profile: Yun Zhang, male, 2011-present, is a professor at the School of Information Science, Shanghai Ocean University, and currently chairs the Department of Computer Science and Technology.

➤ Research interests: research on the principle of high-precision positioning of navigation systems; research on marine remote sensing technology of reflected signals of navigation systems; research and development of marine application products of navigation remote sensing technology.

➤ Main achievements: 2 patents and 3 software copyrights. Research on the principle of high-precision positioning of navigation systems: carried out research on marine information collection and monitoring technology based on China's self-developed BeiDou system, including the positioning characteristics of BeiDou system's three-wavelength number and hybrid constellation, long-range precision positioning or single-point precision positioning technology. Research on ocean remote sensing technology of reflected signal of navigation system: to carry out research on parameters such as sea surface height, sea surface wind field, sea surface roughness, effective wave height, seawater salinity, sea ice density and sea ice thickness that can be used to invert the reflected signal of BeiDou navigation system/GNSS ocean. Research and development of marine application products of navigation remote sensing technology: to develop professional products of navigation remote sensing, and to carry out the synthesis and establishment of a comprehensive marine remote sensing monitoring demonstration system in cooperation with professional users (Oceanic Administration, Meteorological Administration, etc.).

 

      ➤ Personal profile: Song Wei, female, PhD, Distinguished Professor of Oriental Scholar, Shanghai.

➤ Research interests: mobile multimedia, user experience quality modelling, human-computer interaction, marine remote sensing image analysis, marine big data awareness and understanding.

      ➤Personal profile: Zou Guoliang, male, is a professor at the School of Information Science, Shanghai Ocean University.

➤ Research interests: 1. Digital signal processing and applications; 2. Computer application technologies and systems; 3. Marine information systems and technologies.

➤ Major achievements: Participating in the National Ocean 602 Special Project, the National Development and Reform Commission's major project "Preliminary Construction Plan of Decision Aid System for Urban Ocean Storm Surge Disasters"/National Ocean Public Welfare Project, in line with the overall objectives of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Development and the National Ocean Science and Technology Development Plan. I played a central role in the establishment and initiation of the "Lingang New City Storm Surge Disaster Support Decision-Making System"/Shanghai's major project "Nanhui District Urban Storm Surge Disaster Support Decision-Making System" (2007.10-2008.06); National Oceanic Waters Using special projects "Implementation plan of Shanghai sea area use dynamic surveillance and monitoring management system" and "Construction plan of Shanghai sea area use dynamic surveillance and monitoring management system" (2007-2010); National Ocean 908 major project "Digital Ocean Shanghai Demonstration Zone Construction" (2008-2010). 2006-present, participated in 2 international conferences and published 35 papers (12 EI-indexed).
