Under the guidance and support of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center has undertaken the construction and operation of the "National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base". The base is committed to cultivating professional, professional and international technology transfer talents adapted to China's national conditions, driving the flow of technology transfer resources and promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Since the release of the technology discipline practical training curriculum system in September 2016, the national technology transfer talent training base has hosted TOP and TOP+ training courses. Each training course has set the curriculum and faculty for professional knowledge in the field of technology transfer, providing effective guidance for the practical work of the students, and has received unanimous praise from the students.

In this event, it is proposed to issue certificates of completion of the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base to participants of the various training courses, with the aim of encouraging and supporting participants who are interested in working in the field of technology brokerage. At the same time, the resources and platform of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center will be utilized to provide trainees with follow-up services and policy support such as talent training, innovation vouchers, and career opportunities.
