At 2:00 p.m. on December 28, Ding Huanhuan, deputy mayor of Yangpu District, accompanied by officials from the District Development and Reform Commission, District Science and Technology Commission, District Bi-founding Committee, and District Commerce Committee, visited the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center for research.

Xie Jihua, President of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, reported to Mayor Ding and his delegation on the Eastern Center's vision of restructuring the Shanghai Technology Exchange and deepening technology transfer and transformation in 2016. After listening to the report, Mayor Ding affirmed and gave guidance on the ideas of supply and demand of technology transfer from universities, coordinated development of industry-university-research, regional technology transfer service platform and regional innovation pilot of technology industry fund proposed by Mr. Xie in Yangpu District.
