On the afternoon of November 21, the preparatory meeting of the China (Shanghai) International Fair for Import and Export of Technology 3+365 Alliance (referred to as "Shanghai Fair 3+365 Alliance") was successfully held. Zhong Xiaomin, deputy director of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, attended the meeting and made a speech, while the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Municipal Intellectual Property Office attended the meeting. The East National Technology Transfer Center participated in the preparatory meeting as the representative of the first batch of 25 alliance member units of the "3+365 Union of Shanghai Import and Export Fair".

Dong Chao, deputy director of the International Technology Import and Export Promotion Center, first introduced the constitution and functional positioning of the alliance and read out the list of 25 first batch members.

At the meeting, 25 representatives of the first batch of member units made speeches, affirming the prospect and necessity of the alliance's establishment, and representatives of the members who have had many times of cooperation with the SECP were even more deeply touched, expressing that, based on the special attributes of technical trade, there is an urgent need for the 3-Day Fair to be rooted in 365 days of long-term professional promotion services.

Zhong Xiaomin, Deputy Director of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, thanked all units for their long-term care and support to the Shanghai Fair, and at the same time she stressed that the "Shanghai Fair 3+365 Alliance" is an important achievement based on the successful holding of four sessions of the Shanghai Fair, which was repeatedly brewed after multi-party consultations, especially in the construction of a globally influential science and technology innovation center in Shanghai. Under the requirement of national strategy, development factors with technology trade as the core will become an important carrier for the construction of science and technology center. The alliance should give full play to its advantages of cross-border fusion and high efficiency, actively expand domestic and international cooperation channels, expand the radiant surface and influence of the rendezvous, and through the virtuous cycle of online and offline, 3 days and 365 days of mode drive, to truly facilitate the landing of quality projects and realize the alliance members to seek, share, consult and win-win together.

After joining the "3+365 Union", the Eastern Center will make full use of the Eastern Center's platform resources to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Both sides shoulders the social responsibility of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer and landing. Promote the innovation of cooperation mechanism with all parties.
