On November 15, 2016, the National Technology Transfer East Center was invited to participate in a docking meeting on innovation services for science and technology enterprises in Songjiang District. The docking meeting was based on aerospace technology and oriented to the technological needs of enterprises, and more than 70 representatives of high-tech enterprises in Songjiang District participated in the docking meeting, with about 100 participants, all of which were high-tech enterprises and small giant enterprises in Songjiang District.

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Flying Sky Zongzhi introduced the Flying Sky Zongzhi platform in detail and shared the services provided by the platform and the existing wonderful cases.

Staff of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center introduced the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Shanghai Innovation Network System to the leaders, experts and enterprise representatives of Songjiang District Science and Technology Commission at the meeting. By cooperating with technology intermediary service platforms and technology enterprises, NTME hopes to establish a Shanghai innovation network system to carry out technology transfer exchange activities, collect the latest technology needs of enterprises, publicize the policy of preferential subsidies for technology service innovation vouchers, and gather more outstanding enterprises, service providers and third-party platforms to form a planned market. Xu Firm, Director of Songjiang District Science and Technology Committee, fully affirmed the significance of the technology enterprise matchmaking meeting, and also looked forward to the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and the Flying Wisdom platform to serve more Songjiang enterprises.

At present, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center Shanghai Innovation Network System is divided into three levels: innovation service station, branch center, and specialty conversion center. The second batch of innovation service stations has 2 units, and the eastern center intends to build branch centers in Minhang District and Fengxian District, and proposes to build a semiconductor/automation conversion center.
