This training course is based on the practice of technical brokers, covering legal knowledge, innovation system, evaluation of the value of intellectual property rights, identification of technology needs, technical brokerage practice skills, technical brokerage practice and other aspects of the content, lectures and practice exercises from key knowledge points and practical skills.

National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Eastern Centre)
Under the guidance and support of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center has undertaken the construction and operation of the "National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base".
The base is committed to cultivating professional, professional and international technology transfer talents adapted to China's national conditions, driving the flow of technology transfer resources and promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The base is responsible for the overall coordination of talent training and the construction of difficulties, through the research and design of the career development of technology transfer talents, sources of income, talent training mode, etc., and guiding the technology transfer talent training institutions to develop and train the corresponding theoretical and practical training courses from both domestic and international dimensions. It integrates supply and demand information, professional organizations, government policies, and industrial funds to create a support service platform for practitioners, solve the problems of technology transfer personnel in the industry, promote the employment or entrepreneurship of trainees, and attract excellent trainees to enter the technology transfer industry.
114 Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Service Platform
114 Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Service Platform was established in August 2013, and is the vice-chairman unit of Shanghai Technology Transfer Association. Headquartered in Shanghai, it is a nationally renowned professional service organization for industry-university-research cooperation. The platform's professional team of technology brokers has rich experience in industry-university-research cooperation services, providing professional brokerage services from the collection and verification of enterprises' technology requirements to the anonymous release of requirements, feedback from experts, consultation between the two sides, agreement signing, project promotion, project acceptance and the whole process.
The 114 platform undertook the construction and operation of the Ministry of Science and Technology's talent center, the Innovation Drive Center for Science and Technology Leaders, in Kunshan.
The 114 platform has signed a ten-year service agreement with Zhejiang Province to serve more than 110 cities and counties in Zhejiang Province, and has carried out University-Industry-Research business in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou and Haining, and established sub-platforms in Jiangsu, Nantong, Kunshan, Huai'an, Lianyungang and other places in cooperation with local science and technology bureaux.
114 Industry-Academia-Research was approved by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission in 2016 to establish the "Shanghai Technology Broker Training Base", which is included in the "National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base" system.

Shanghai Technology Transfer Association
Established in December 2009, Shanghai Technology Transfer Association (STTA) is a non-profit social legal entity voluntarily formed by enterprises and institutions engaged in technology transfer and transformation of technological achievements and other relevant economic organizations.
The guiding ideology of the Association is to implement the State Council's Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Science and Technology Service Industry, the National Implementation Plan for Technology Transfer Promotion Action, and the Shanghai Municipal Government's Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Science and Technology Innovation Center with Global Influence, to vigorously cultivate and develop the city's technology transfer service institutions, to promote the construction of technology transfer talents, to accelerate the establishment and improvement of Shanghai's independent innovation and technology transfer services, and to promote the development of the city's technology transfer services.
