INTRODUCTION
In the 21st century, "technology transfer" has emerged, and is gradually known to the world as a "sunrise industry". In today's information explosion and rapid development of technology, "fast" is more and more deeply rooted in the business philosophy of entrepreneurs. When high-tech products with super-absorbing power are launched one after another, the demand for technology transfer talents in the market has shown explosive growth, whether it is the launch of new products in the industry or the strategic management layout of cross-industry.
In the domestic technology market, which has been developed for more than three decades, technology brokers have always been the link between technology and industrialization, and are fundamental to the development of innovation-driven and technology transfer business. Nowadays, the development of senior technology transfer institutions is constrained by the scarcity of technology brokers, and the cultivation of technology brokers can't be delayed.
Under the guidance and support of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center has undertaken the construction and operation of the "National Technology Transfer Talent Cultivation Base". In May 2016, the State Council issued the Action Plan for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, which clearly stated the strategic goal of cultivating 10,000 talents in the technology transfer industry, and the National Technology Transfer Talent Cultivation Base (Eastern Center) started the cultivation work of technology brokers.
Introduction to Training
As a tech broker, "How quickly can I judge a high tech project? How do I find the right partner for the technology side? How do you operate a landing program for high tech projects?" The traditional training mostly stays in the theoretical stage, which is relatively weak in the training of project operation due to the limitation of conditions. This training will adopt a brand new curriculum system, combining easy-to-understand theory and practical project operation, starting from key knowledge points such as preliminary project judgment, market judgment, financial forecast model and project operation scheme design, and providing systematic, step-by-step project operation ability training for students who aspire to be professional technical brokers.
Shanghai Cloud Hatching Information Technology Co., Ltd. (its platform: Kechuang), commissioned by the "base", united with industry executives, academic leaders, investment institutions concerned with high-tech fields, launched the "technology broker 100 cities, 1,000 people training program" courses. :: Training costs.
The cost of this training is 5,000 RMB per person, which includes lecture fee, assessment fee, lunch fee (applicable to full-day courses), etc. Trainees will have to pay for their own accommodation, food and transportation costs.

The National Training Base for Technology Transfer Personnel (Eastern Centre) has set up scholarships for this training to reward trainees with excellent performance and who meet the assessment criteria, with the following prizes.

10 second place awards of $2,500 for scholarship 50% tuition.
15 third place awards of $1,500 for scholarship 30% tuition.

Award of Certificates
(1) Students who pass the training examination can obtain the "Certificate of Completion of Training at the National Technology Transfer Personnel Training Base".

(2) Employment Subsidies
If you pass the training, you can get 5,000 RMB after 2 months of employment. If you sign "Technical Brokerage Cooperation Agreement" with Kechuang, you can get 3,000 RMB after 2 months of project start-up.
(3) Business Incubation
Students who pass the training assessment and participate in investing in a new technology brokerage service company are eligible for business incubation coaching and support.
3. Project incentives
