        On July 16, CCTV News Broadcast launched the first issue of a series of reports on "Complementary Strengths and Efforts on Collaborative Innovation" in a research trip to the Yangtze River Delta City Cluster to adjust the structure and change the mode. As an important innovation service platform in the path of collaborative innovation development in the Yangtze River Delta region, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center is a key stop in this research trip.
        The Eastern National Technology Transfer Center was jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal Government, and since its official inauguration in April last year, it has opened five branch centers, attracted more than 60 technology intermediaries, collected more than 2,000 technology demands from enterprises, and facilitated transactions worth more than 30 million yuan. As a fourth-party platform for technology transfer, it provides a full chain of services including technology transaction, technology finance and industry incubation, and has opened up a channel for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements between universities, research institutions and enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta.

        Speaking on behalf of the Eastern Center for National Technology Transfer, Yan Mingfeng, CEO of the Eastern Center, said in an interview with CCTV.We need to provide services for the economic development and strategic transformation of the entire Yangtze River Delta. We need to build relevant overseas project resources, demand resources, capital resources, and bring these resource platforms together to us, and then radiate with the entire Yangtze River Delta.

        The transfer and transformation of high-tech achievements can promote the transformation and upgrading of industries in the Yangtze River Delta to form high-tech industry clusters, improve the overall scientific and technological level and core technology competitiveness of enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, and create regional advantages. By establishing a joint meeting system of three provinces and one city in Yangtze River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta Collaborative Innovation Platform, the Eastern Center coordinates and promotes the industrialization of high-tech achievements in 26 cities in Yangtze River Delta. The transfer and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements are carried out through the three-tier system of sub-centers, workstations and liaison offices in the Yangtze River Delta region. A cross-provincial and cross-regional linked database has been set up to provide real-time data for technology search, remote matching and transaction matching according to the needs of enterprises, continuously improving the quality of science and technology services in the Yangtze River Delta.
        Currently, the East Center has built or is building branch centers in Ningbo, Suzhou, Taixing, Nanjing, Hefei, Hangzhou and Nantong in the Yangtze River Delta.
