Training seminar on "Technology Strategic Planning and Technology Innovation Voucher Application Policy"

The technology development capability of technology-based enterprises is a core competency. "Those who plan great things should focus on the pattern"! To get ahead of the game, technology-based companies must focus on strategic technology planning.

In order to stimulate the innovation vitality of science and technology-based enterprises, enhance their innovation management capabilities, and help them make full use of Shanghai's Science and Technology Innovation Voucher policy to integrate innovation resources and enhance their competitiveness, the Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange and Development Center (STETC) is organizing a training seminar on "Technology Strategic Planning and Science and Technology Innovation Voucher Application Policy".

At this event, senior examiners from the State Intellectual Property Office of China explained the analysis and utilization of technology information; senior intellectual property lawyers explained the case and analyzed the "technology strategic planning" at a practical level; and the person in charge of innovation voucher management from the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center brought the latest policy interpretation on technology innovation voucher application.

Gui Feng.He is currently the deputy director of the Jiangsu Center for Patent Examination Cooperation of the State Intellectual Property Office, an expert in intellectual property rights protection assistance in Suzhou, and a member of the Nantong Patent Award Review Committee. He has more than ten years of experience in substantive examination, reexamination, invalidation, litigation and related management of patents, and has gone to Marshall Law School in the United States and Chong Shik University in Korea for training.

Huang Cong.Mr. Huang has served as a legal advisor to many famous enterprises in the field of science and technology, and has also served as the director of the Intellectual Property Department of Shanghai Jiahua Law Firm. Mr. Huang has been practicing in many famous law firms and has served as the legal advisor to many high-tech enterprises. He has in-depth research in intellectual property protection, enterprise innovation system construction and technology secret protection, and has accumulated rich experience in litigation and non-litigation legal services. .

Leng Wenjuan.Shanghai Innovation Voucher Management Team Leader and Deputy Director of the Research and Development Center of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center (ENTTC); the ENTTC was jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Shanghai Municipal Government, with the goal of building an internationally influential technology transfer platform and creating a new ecology for the entire technology transfer chain. The Shanghai Innovation Voucher for Technology Intermediation Services, managed by the Shanghai East Center, is a new policy piloted by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission to support and guide enterprise innovation: enterprises are encouraged to procure professional services by paying part of the cost and subsidizing part of the innovation voucher.
