According to the agreement, the National Technology Transfer East Center and Shanghai International Automobile City (Group) Co. Ltd. will take advantage of their advantages in resource platforms and the smart car industry to cooperate in the whole industry chain, such as results display, trading and application services, focusing on the conversion and incubation of technology projects. The Smart Automotive Technology Transformation Center will strengthen its market-oriented services to build an incubation and technology transfer platform integrating industry, academia and research through project recruitment, technology exchange, business incubation, event promotion, construction of facilities (laboratories), technology evaluation and guidance fund preparation and construction.

Yan Mingfeng, CEO of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, said that it will further promote the process of fruitfulness and industrialization of advanced technologies related to the intelligent automobile manufacturing industry, and take a path of deep integration between the transformation of technological achievements and the industry market.

According to the introduction, Shanghai International Automobile City has the first "Intelligent Networked Vehicle Demonstration Zone" in China, and will cooperate and communicate with Tsinghua University and the National Center for Supervision and Inspection of Motor Vehicle Products Quality (Shanghai) in the fields of automotive technology research and development, research and development of standards and regulations, product testing and certification.
