Application requirements

Conditions for Science and Technology Enterprises to Apply for Innovation Vouchers

Qualifications must meet.

1, registered in Shanghai with an independent legal person qualification of science and technology enterprises, with a sound financial system, no bad integrity records.

2. scientific and technical personnel with college education or above account for more than 30% of the total number of employees of the enterprise in that year, of which R&D personnel account for more than 10% of the total number of employees of the enterprise in that year.

3. agree to register on the Innovation Voucher System and submit a request for services.

Note: Shanghai Science and Technology Small Giant Enterprises are given priority.

Needs to be met.

1. Needs must fit into the subsidy category and not be interpreted out of category.

2、To be able to fill out the requirements in detail and submit relevant materials as required.

Service providers apply for inclusion in the Innovation Voucher Platform system

Qualifications must meet.

1, registered in the administrative area of the city, with an independent legal personality, sound financial management system, no bad integrity records.

2. A full-time service team of not less than five persons.

3. A clear scientific and technological service process and a sound internal management system.

4. Have the necessary office conditions and facilities to conduct business.

5. Agree to register in the Innovation Voucher System, provide technology intermediary services in line with the direction of support, and submit documentary evidence of service capability.
