Innovation is the key to the survival and development of enterprises, with the development of the economy, changes in the environment, society's requirements for enterprises more and more, the view of open innovation is increasingly valued, and related theories are also increasing. The traditional closed innovation model has been challenged from various aspects such as technology and society. The competitive pressure of the market environment, the uncertainty of the technological environment all have a huge impact on the survival and development of enterprises. Open innovation enables companies to break down their financing activities, research activities, business activities, etc. and select the best, so that each company can give full play to its expertise and establish its own long-term advantages. Especially under today's open innovation system, technological innovation can only be formed by incorporating more innovation elements to form a multi-pronged innovation model with innovation stakeholders as the benchmark.

This open innovation training event fully analyzed how enterprises can enhance their innovation capabilities through effective innovation management and integration of internal and external innovation resources on the basis of intensive internal research and development, with the help of external forces. In today's era of Internet thinking and open innovation, enterprises are facing higher and higher quality requirements and faster and faster speed requirements for innovation. The Eastern Center has always adhered to the concept of open innovation in its technology transfer work, building a bridge between supply and demand, exploring appropriate models, and aiming to achieve cross-border integration between fields, upstream and downstream technologies, industry chain elements, as well as different cultures and regions, guiding the convergence of domestic and foreign technology transfer projects, combined with the participation of supporting service institutions, and promoting the powerful combination of technology market and capital. It has broadened the international vision for the development of "Science and Technology Shanghai" and established an international height for the construction of "an innovation center with global influence".
