On June 5-6, 2021, the "2021 Pujiang Innovation Forum - National High-end Forum on Science and Technology Innovation and Achievement Transformation in Universities" was held in Shanghai. The forum was co-organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and Shanghai Municipal Government, and co-organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University, East China Normal University, Shanghai University of Technology and Shanghai Institute of Technology Transfer, with the support of leaders from relevant departments such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Foundation Committee, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Pujiang Innovation Forum and other organizations such as National Technology Transfer East Center.

Shanghai Institute of Technology Transfer (SITT), as the Secretary-General, is responsible for the overall planning, theme design, invitation of guests, activity flow, meeting coordination and service of the forum.
