Intelligent warehouse management system development
1, the design and use of RFID tag detection and processing technology to achieve the system automatically record and broadcast information about personnel equipment in and out of the warehouse, and to achieve a better processing speed.
2、Require intelligent access control function, the system automatically opens the warehouse door/lighting when the user passes the authentication while the webcam records 10 seconds. When the user logs out of the system, the system delays 2 minutes to turn off the warehouse lights.
3, intelligent control function of the library warehouse environment, the system automatically adjusts the environment temperature and humidity within the appropriate range according to the set threshold value of environmental parameters.
4、Require the reminder of a variety of information in the warehouse, the system displays information related to the warehouse, including the expiration of borrowed books and purchase of unstored information, environmental temperature and humidity information, etc.

IoT software key technology development
1, Screen and touch screen driver, need to be able to drive Ameline MIPI screen and touch screen correctly.
2. The screen can control the brightness by PWM.
3, Android cut down, remove unneeded hardware support (such as 3G/4G/WIFI/camera, need to keep the audio).
4. The Ethernet driver is changed to RGMII mode and is fixed to Gigabit full duplex mode, no adaption is needed.
5. Busybox is added to the filesystem, as well as the standard GCC runtime libraries.
6. Install libpcap to the underlying Linux system (for downlinking print data).
7, SPI0 interface driver, and provide Linux and Android interface (for downloading FPGA program, or directly give FPGA update program interface).
8, GPIO PL8-PL10, PE16, PE17 Drivers for these IOs, and provide Linux and Android interfaces (for downloading FPGA programs and controlling encryption, each IO needs to be controlled separately).

Storage flow, scheduling efficient software algorithms and evaluation systems
Background to the need.
The company is mainly engaged in the leasing of recyclable packing boxes for auto parts, leasing plastic packing boxes to auto parts factories, putting the parts into the boxes for transportation to the host factory, and arranging for recycling to the warehouse when the boxes are finished being used. At present, we have more than 120 customers and recycling points, radiating nationwide.
Details of requirements.
Due to the wide range of regions and the different types of boxes required by customers, there are problems with the deployment of boxes between regions. Currently, the company has more than 10 planners for manual deployment, which requires forecasting and coordinating the number and type of boxes, warehouse storage capacity and warehouse locations that may be required by regional customers in the future, and currently only ensures that customer orders are met without complaints from customers, and there is no way to evaluate whether the scheduling method is optimal.
Would like to have suitable mathematical models/algorithms for planning and evaluating current redeployment options and routes, need to calculate and allocate goods from various warehouses, incorporate factors such as asset hold-up times, redeployment costs, asset turnover rates, etc. into the evaluation system that can provide a reasonable reduction in current business operating costs. It is desirable to have similar modelling for reference and guidance from experts in the relevant field is required.
Seeking a solution to the problem of insensitivity caused by water/metal exposure to scanning chips
Due to the different needs of each customer company, the packaging plastic boxes vary in size and quantity, and it is very stressful to count the inventory only by hand. At present, we are developing an identification system, putting RFID chips inside the boxes, and after scanning through an induction door, we are able to know all the information of the boxes, including the shipping point of the boxes, the time of storage at the customer, the specific charges and the address of the subsequent expected dispatch, etc.
The software was developed independently and is currently in testing period. During the test, it was found that as long as there is metal inside the box or water on the surface of the chip, it will not be recognized resulting in higher error rate of test results.
The current R & D team solution: a stack of boxes will have a tray underneath, while also installing a chip to bind this order information, that a stack of as long as you can identify one, you can default to bind a whole stack of information entry. The method has certain limitations, once the boxes on the pallet will be separated from the information error.
The company has invested about 3 million in the project and is still in a small-scale testing period. It is hoped that the relevant technical team can solve the problem of insensitive recognition in case of water/metal, or another chip can be used, but the cost needs to be controlled.
