Efficient charring of agroforestry waste and ecological recycling technology for soil fertilization and improvement

Background to the need.

Garden cuttings, straw with high lignin content, it is difficult to teach decay, at present, mainly using incineration, crushing mulching and other simple processes for processing, in environmental protection, timeliness, economic aspects there are certain shortcomings.

Technical advantages.

It is able to complete the charring of straw, branches and other high lignin agricultural and forestry waste within a few hours, realizing the innovative breakthrough of "zero emission of tar and vinegar liquid and self-circulation of internal heat", with the technical advantages of "low energy consumption, low emission, high efficiency and sustainability". Using biochar as the carrier, it adopts pure plant-derived organic materials such as tailing vegetables, mushroom residue, wine lees, etc., and makes environmentally friendly and efficient biochar-based fertilizer by using carbon and bacteria compound fermentation technology, which has the dual effects of soil fertilization and soil improvement.

New technologies for fertilization of organic waste such as straw

Background to the need.

At present, there are still many problems in the recycling process of agricultural waste in China, the national awareness of the recycling concept is not systematically established; agricultural waste utilization policies and regulations are not sound; agricultural waste treatment costs are high, the shortage of funds; the level of technology lags behind, etc., this series of problems, resulting in the development of recycling technology is somewhat hindered. Micro-straw treasure products based on ecological agriculture circular economy, to promote clean production methods, from the source to deal with environmental pollution problems. The generation of agricultural waste is born accordingly with the production and processing. The conversion and utilization of agricultural waste has far-reaching significance in alleviating the shortage in resources, controlling the pollution of the environment and improving the total efficiency of agriculture.

Technical difficulties.

1. Development of new mulching materials. The development and improvement of new waterproof and breathable mulching materials, the construction of a relatively closed fermentation environment, in the rapid discharge of carbon dioxide gas at the same time can retain large molecules of organic matter, to avoid the loss of organic matter and nutrients in the fertilizer; at the same time to ensure that the production process will not emit odor gas.

2, new compound strain research and development. Mushroom culture technology related to straw utilization

Requirement Description.

Rice straw was used to produce three cultures of Agaricus bisporus, which could consistently produce more than 25 kg∕m2 of Agaricus bisporus.

The main parameters of the double fermentation tunnel and the mushroom room can be controlled with AI technology with a temperature profile of ± 1°C.

The total investment in equipment for the economic scale unit of culture material (for annual production of 3360m2 mushroom bed area) is ≤ 3 million RMB.

 

 

Small molecule organic water soluble fertilizer production line

Requirement Description.

Probiotic products suitable for soil improvement in Shanghai and their use

Requirement Description.

Due to the influence of saline land, deep soil or excessive application of chemical fertilizers, Shanghai soils generally have structural slab and reduced biological activity at the site. The simple application of chemical fertilizers cannot solve the above-mentioned soil quality degradation problems, and the application of organic fertilizers of low quality does not have a significant effect on improving soil quality. Probiotic bacteria are more effective in improving soil quality and promoting plant growth, but their application is not very common in Shanghai. We are looking for mature research products and technologies in related fields for introduction, or cooperation for further development and application.

 

 

In-situ water purification equipment for pond culture

Background to the need.

Ponds provide a living environment for farming objects as well as a place for water quality control and bait culture, but in natural water bodies water quality control and bait culture are at a low level. The complex composition of the culture tailwater is difficult to achieve self-cleaning and standard discharge in the natural state, the application of traditional sewage treatment technology and oxygenation equipment is too low cost. At present, the centralized continuous pond culture tailwater ecological purification project can achieve the function of aquaculture and ecological protection, if promoted in South American white shrimp culture is facing high construction costs, occupying a centralized area, complex operation and maintenance problems, especially in the process of South American white shrimp culture disease prevention measures required, the water between the farm ponds can not be exchanged, the urgent need to develop the aquaculture production and water purification equipment applicable to independent ponds, in Shanghai shrimp aquaculture base for large-scale promotion.

Sustained maintenance of a good ecological environment in the culture process depends on maintaining all aspects of the material and energy cycle in the pond at a balanced level. The feeding of artificial baits under high-density culture changes the natural circulation state, which needs to be regulated by artificial reinforcement means of oxygenation, hydrodynamic and microbial feeding conditions. Combining the micro-nano aeration push flow device and and microbial reactor to form in-situ water treatment equipment, effectively enhances the hydrodynamic of the pond water body, rapidly increases the dissolved oxygen content, rapidly increases the number and activity of microorganisms in the water body, and greatly enhance the self-purification ability of the water body.
