For example, the project department proposed to visit the incubator enterprises, promote the technical services of the East Center, seek technical supply, reserve technical products and promote them for enterprises. The technology transaction management platform proposed to establish a stable communication mechanism with the incubator section to obtain the latest needs such as enterprise technology evaluation and supply and demand information.

The meeting also specially invited leaders of sister organizations to participate in the exchange. Finally, the East Center Executive President Yan Mingfeng put forward requirements on the next stage of work direction. Firstly, we should make an effort to grasp the opportunity. Under the advantageous environment that "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has been elevated to the level of national strategy, East Center should grasp the good momentum of the development of technology industry, actively explore and integrate resources, and strengthen the collision and cooperation with each section of Yangchuang in the next stage of work; secondly, strengthen training and improve skills. In the third quarter, the uneven business skills of the staff and the lack of innovation awareness of the team are exposed. Therefore, we should further strengthen the education and business training of all staff, improve their ideological awareness and business skills, enhance our overall combat power in the technology transfer industry and achieve qualitative leap. The East Center has completed the laying of nine branch centers and the construction of the 3+3 service network system. After careful preparation of the various sections, we have also made breakthroughs in product systems, platform construction, etc. It can be said that everything is ready, only lack of east wind. A number of recent outstanding projects should be successfully landed, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into blossoming results should be realized as soon as possible.
