Focus on intelligent manufacturing, do a good job of international technology transfer into practical training

The National Technology Transfer Personnel Training Base (Eastern Center) was launched in January 2016 under the guidance and support of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission (SSTC).The National Competency Level Training Program for Technology Transfer Practitioners (Trial) issued by the Torch Center of MOST in March 2020 specifies that the base, as the designated training and accreditation provider of the Program, is responsible for training and issuing the National Technology Transfer Practitioner Competency Level Certification. Under the further guidance of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, with the base as a relying platform, we jointly initiate the deepening of the construction of Shanghai Technology Transfer Institute with well-known universities in Shanghai. It forms a closed-loop talent cultivation system with practical training and academic non-education training to cultivate applied technology transfer professionals.

In the afternoon of December 3, in order to better help trainees dovetail with quality projects, carry out practical exercises and landing of projects, and improve the applicability and landing of the training courses, the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Eastern Center) organized a special international technology transfer conversion training activity in conjunction with the Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market, and focused on the advantageous fields of Shanghai's technological innovation, focusing on intelligent manufacturing in today's hot industries. Special learning and training in the field of intelligent manufacturing is carried out this week. The training aims to guide participants to learn and exchange the latest overseas scientific and technological achievements, and to promote the full cooperation of technology transfer talents, science and technology enterprises, industrial parks and investment institutions with the project results.

At the event, six innovative project teams from South Korea had remote video access to give online presentations and interactive workshops to the participants. The projects were smart driving environment solution AU technology, nano-ceramic coating, new polyurethane material, polymer composite film for 3D thermoforming, smart mobile power solution, and smart shared pallet overall solution. The event also invited Ms. Jia Gu, an investor from Lingnan Investment Group with rich experience in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and Ms. Di Di, an investor from Huaxuan Capital, to make wonderful comments and analysis on the projects, and discuss directly with the overseas lecturers on the innovation points, business models and landing demands of the projects to explore the development possibilities and cooperation directions.

Next week, the international technology transfer training series will continue to be held, focusing on the Japanese biomedical industry and creating more opportunities for technology transfer trainees to receive practical training.
