In order to comprehensively implement the instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping in his important speech at the symposium on solidly promoting the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and during his visit to Anhui Province, the National Center for Technology Transfer East, as a central platform for early and pilot technology transfer, seizes the opportunity, takes the initiative, strengthens cooperation, takes technology transfer as an entry point, relies on the high-quality science and technology resources and the mature results transformation system of Shanghai and overseas branches, and actively promotes the development of technology transfer. Deepen "Shanghai-Anhui cooperation", layout of the Yangtze River Delta region, and help the Yangtze River Delta integrated development national strategy.

On Nov. 19, 2020 Wuhu Cooperation of Universities and Institutes and Matchmaking Meeting of Scientific and Technological Achievements was held in Wuhu Airport Exhibition Center. The Eastern National Technology Transfer Center was invited to attend the meeting. During the meeting, witnessed by the relevant leaders of Anhui Science and Technology Department and Wuhu City, Mr. Zhu Ye, Vice President of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Mr. Wu Yunmei, Vice General Manager of Wuhu Hi-Tech Enterprise Service Center signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Building the Wuhu Branch Center of National Technology Transfer Eastern Center". Up to now, the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center has established 16 channel networks in the Yangtze River Delta region, 5 branch centers under negotiation and 3 centers with intention to cooperate, which has gradually formed a distribution system with Shanghai as the center, covering the Yangtze River Delta and radiating to the whole China. A situation of "embracing group development and win-win cooperation" has been built, laying a solid foundation for actively exploring the path of forming a new development pattern.

In the next step, the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Wuhu Science and Technology Bureau will further carry out multi-level and multi-domain joint consultation, joint construction, joint management and sharing, deepen the division of labor and collaboration, and jointly make the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center Wuhu Branch Center a big stage for building information sharing, promoting technology transfer and transformation, promoting intercommunication of scientific and technological resources and building talent training, so as to further promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the training of talents for Wuhu. Industrialization creates good conditions, injects new energy into the development of Wuhu's innovative industries, and adds bricks and tiles to Wuhu's efforts in pushing forward the process of higher quality integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
