According to the feedback from the market, the demand for practical ability training for technology transfer professionals is extremely urgent. Technology Transfer Institute invites 18 senior experts from all over the country to set up technology transfer case workshops to improve the professional practical ability by means of seminars on key issues, analysis of operation points and knowledge point improvement. The course is divided into three phases, each phase lasts three days, and this is the first phase. The course invited senior experts in technology transfer such as Professor Liu Yangang from Shanghai Jiao Tong University College of Pharmacy, Wang Xiaoxu, Chairman of Nanjing University of Science and Technology Technology Transfer Center, Kang Kaining, General Manager of Chengdu Southwest Jiaotong University Research Institute, Sun Libing, Director of Technology Transfer Center of China Pharmaceutical University, Zhong Shishi, Director of Technology Transfer Center of Fudan University, and Tang Xiaolin, Founder and CEO of Kechuang Gang.

In his speech, Inspector Chen Hongkai said that technology transfer professionals are of great significance in promoting the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, but "talents are not cultivated in the classroom, but by practical training", and that the curriculum of the case workshop is quite innovative, hoping to improve the professional level of practitioners in this way. The evaluation of technology transfer talents should be measured by "transaction volume". Technology transfer talents are expected to be listed in Shanghai's directory of talents in short supply and enjoy policies related to settling in Shanghai. It is expected that Shanghai Institute of Technology Transfer will continue to optimize the course system and enrich the course content to produce more high-level technology transfer professionals who meet the market demand.
