During the meeting, Mr. Zou Shujun, CEO of the Eastern National Technology Transfer Center, briefed the delegation on the achievements made by the Eastern Center in recent years in building a functional platform for the transfer of scientific and technological achievements and the efforts made in the construction of the Shanghai International Technology Market (Hongqiao); Mr. Li Zaifeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aerospace and Environmental Protection Industry Fund, introduced the development of the Fund in various provinces and cities; Mr. Li Zaifeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Shanghai Aerospace Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Zhou Tong introduced the work of the Eight Aerospace Academy in Minhang District to build a technology transfer and transformation platform for the military-civilian integration industry.

The Shanghai International Technology Exchange Market and the Shanghai Aerospace Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center are both responsible for the construction of the national technology transfer demonstration zone in Minhang District, with one side being responsible for the construction of a comprehensive platform and the other for the construction of a professional military-civilian fusion industrial platform.
