On the morning of December 12, Prof. Zhou Qiren, member of the Advisory Committee and former president of National Institute of Development and Reform of Peking University, Du Zongchao, director of the Office of the Advisory Committee, and Chen Xiaolin, deputy researcher of the Office of the Advisory Committee, visited the National Center for Technology Transfer East and conducted research on the topic of improving Shanghai's city capacity and core competitiveness in Shanghai.
Mr. Zhao Liang, Deputy Mayor of Yangpu District, Yangpu District Science and Technology Committee and relevant staff of the Research Office of the Committee accompanied the investigation. Yan Mingfeng, CEO of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, and Yingshu Gu, Director of the Party Office of Yangpu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center, received the guests warmly and reported on the relevant work of the Yangpu Entrepreneurship Center and the Eastern Center.

At the meeting, Professor Zhou Qiren and the participants focused on how to solve the current difficulties in technology transfer and how to further develop the international development path of the eastern center, and clarified the strategic awareness of bringing into play the advantages of university clustering in Yangpu District and attaching importance to the market baton.
