       On the morning of September 11, Hubei Science and Technology Department, the central center of national technology transfer and the cadres of each city and state delegation of 106 people went to the National Technology Transfer East Center research and study on the construction and operation of the National Technology Transfer East Center, the construction and operation of the National Technology Transfer East Center proof of concept center, the construction and operation of the Shanghai technology market, the construction and development of technology transfer intermediary services institutions and experience, and the development of the Shanghai technology market. The policies and measures to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer were investigated. Mr. Yan Mingfeng, CEO of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and Deputy General Manager of the Yangpu Science and Technology Innovation Center, shared with the leaders the exploration and layout practice of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center in the construction of technology transfer service platform. The research activity also strengthened the communication and cooperation among the regional centers.
