In May 2019 the National Technology Transfer East Center signed a cooperation agreement with the Huantai County People's Government, with the Huantai County Development and Reform Bureau as the operating unit of the Zibo Branch Center. The branch center is based in Huantai and promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Zibo area.
