In June 2017, the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center, Dalian Science and Technology Bureau and Dalian Hi-Tech Industrial Park Management Committee jointly established the Dalian Branch Center. The National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and the Dalian Hi-Tech Industrial Park Management Committee jointly established Dalian Guojia Tech Transfer Technology Development Co. Ltd. as the operating unit of the Dalian Branch Center to promote the development of technology transfer within the region.
