In the area of science and technology finance, Shanghai is actively promoting science and technology financial innovation with the goal of capital project convertibility and liberalization of the financial services industry, and improving its science and technology financial system by launching a pilot program of comprehensive financial supervision.

Therefore, in the new round of technological innovation change, only by accelerating supply-side structural reform and transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and improving the factor market system, can we occupy the market, and thus dominate the market.
